Here are the exercises:
00:00 - Shows inventory. I'll fill it up with light and 2-4 stacks of heavy and go until one or both run out, or until i feel warm enough. I usually go sight-less and equip sights as on and off throughout the warmup.
00:13 - R-99 1 clipping dummies - I try to run down and back the firing range while sliding and trying to 1-clip the dummies. At some point i pick up a blue mag with my R-99 to force myself to be more accurate while still 1-clipping.
0:40 - Pathfinder Grapple into R-99 1 clipping dummies - Same as before, but with grapple flings for more momentum. This is harder to control and helps improve tracking even more than the first slide exercise. Swapping characters resets the Q cool-down (however if you swap too quickly, it bugs and shows it reset but isn't actually reset).
1:29 - Elevation Drop R-99 1 clipping dummies - Same deal as before, except now i'm hopping off terrain from higher elevation to simulate jumping down on an enemy. Idea is to figure out when you need to burst and when you can hold down the fire button and still 1 clip them.
2:23 - Wall bouncing Wingman exercise - This exercise has you bounce off the weapon racks on either side in front of the dummy, and trying to defeat it before your mag runs out (I forget and reload out of habit sometimes). When you're confident in the body shots, you can start aiming for only the head. It's a good bit harder but much more fun and satisfying. I typically do this and the 360(ish) exercises until the wingman ammo reserve is empty. I recommend using sights for this at first, and removing them as you get more comfortable.
3:28 - Wingman 360 weapon-rack wall bouncing challenge - The idea of this exercise is to do 360(ish) degree wall bounces off the sides of the weapon racks, while hitting the nearest dummy and landing on the next platform. You do this all the way down, and all the way back and the goal is to not miss any of the dummies while successfully performing every single wall bounce (without mulligans).
4:27 - Zipline Jump Spam - The idea of this is to hop onto the zipline and immediately jump off, do a quick 180, and them hop off and hit the dummy. If you can chain several of those 180 jumps together, you can do as many as you'd like. For simplicity's sake (and my lack of consistency to save myself embarrassment), I just showed two jumps off the zip.
