We're back this week with another banger off of the recent P@D compilation, Eclipse! While Zizkil might be a new name to the ledgers of the Drumscape Library, he's been making waves in the fandom scene with his instantly recognisable sound for several years and has finally dipped his toes into DnB enough for our taste with this one. 'Slight Romance' kicks off with a uneasy, ethereal pluck melody, which soon after breaks down into a thumping halftime beat that shows off all facets of Zizkil's unique, wacky sound design. A brief breather follows, before the track jumps into high gear with rolling fulltime rhythms and massive bass horns.
