In my opinion, both of these amps are great for home practice. Fender Frontman 10G is a bit cheaper option, but it's really basic. It sounds pretty good, but I think that the Champion 20 sounds better. In addition, the Champion 20 has a few really cool features and built-in effects and amp voicings. Still, it's a bit more expensive.
But like I said before, both of these amps are great for home practice and they're suitable for beginners. The Champion 20 is way more versatile, so if that's what you're looking for, it's totally worth the higher price.
