Drake just made good on his “Where Ya At” promise where he LITERALLY said that he was going to, quote,

“buy the neighbor's house if they complain about the noise.”

While there's no record of complaints, the rapper did purchase a $2.85 million home next door to his main $7.7 million Hidden Hills residence, which he calls the YOLO Estate, reports Trulia (in 2016).
