Vaping in public is becoming an increasingly common sight in Singapore, despite laws banning these devices – also known as e-cigarettes. The number of people caught buying, using or owning one more than tripled last year, and a third of those caught were under the age of 18.Munah Bagharib talks to teens vapers to discover the appeal, investigates the underground market for vapes and runs a test to find out what’s in the liquids they’re inhaling.
