
A timer which was inspired by this video :
It will enable you to use your phone, ipod, tablet etc to time your bag workout.
It gives you countdown to start next round, voice alerts when to change to next movement, and visual display if you need it.
The workout is 30 secs regular speed punches/jabs onto 30 secs "riding the bike" then 30 secs knockout punches. you do these again for 30 secs each and then have 1 minute rest. .
I challenge you to reach 12 rounds.
It's a great fat burner and aerobic exercise. Not to mention strengthens shoulders and arms. But people just starting out, please build up rounds over time, this will drain you like crazy.
