Hong Kong's High Court on Tuesday (Nov 19) sentenced 45 pro-democracy activists to jail sentences of up to 10 years in a landmark national security trial. Emilia Wong, the girlfriend of Ventus Lau, one of the activists on trial, had been bracing herself for this day.
