
Yoga is my favorite exercise. It tones the muscles, moves joints. It provides both physical and emotional supports. This is my first 20 min of my today yoga. My body is so stiff due to the age so my poses might not be as pretty as others, but the key is I have to continue practicing it. One day when I do it regularly my body will get a little more flexibility and become stronger. Yoga considers being another way to meditate by learning to stay(aware) in the present moment.
