Prima Linea was a French Radical/Martial Art Industrial band, active between 1983 and 1987 similiar to early mid 80's Laibach , some Test Dept stuff or Autopsia. The band is on the pic.
The band was divided in 2 "units": one in charge of the musical aspect comprising of Yves Montmayeur and Frédéric Temps, the other one in charge of the aesthetic side, comprising of Karl Bergot and Yannick Guerrier. Their name was taken after the political branch of the Italian terrorist organization the "Red Brigades".
