Whte people carry both trauma and power from colonization. As beneficiaries of settler colonialism & this colonial paradigm, whte people have a bigger responsibility to dismantle this system. This begins with inner work so that you are no longer leaking your energy to this oppressive paradigm, so that in your unconscious collusion your actions don't colonize.

Decolonial Shadow Work: Unlearning the Whte Colonial is about whte ppl unlearning the ways they've unconsciously been programmed by the colonial paradigm so that they can reveal their true divine selves, begin to connect to their precolonial ancestors, & return to right relationship with BIPOC & Creation. This is not about shaming, blaming, or punishing, because this only transfers suffering & doesn't lead to collective healing & liberation. This is also NOT about coddling whteness or spiritually bypassing colonial violence. Decolonial Shadow Work is about the deeper shadow work needed so that whte people can show up in integrity & embody decolonial & spiritual values.
