Could you imagine using this PC back in the 70s? 🤔The Altair 8800 was a huge milestone for commercial PCs, and @MicrosoftDeveloper played a significant role in its success. Bill Gates and Paul Allen developed the software that this PC ran, Altair Basic, and users would flip the switches on the front panel and then monitor the lights for the responses. Even though I couldn't imagine using something like this now, I also don't know where technology would be if it weren't for the Altair which helped fund future Microsoft projects, and inspired so many more engineers.
