Today, you find yourself walking the same desolated path that Joel and Ellie once took on their journey. Along the way, the remnants of a distroyed and abandoned world surround you, cars wrecks, crumbling buildings, and nature reclaiming what was once mankind’s domain. The silence is haunting, broken only by the beautiful songs that the birds are singing.

I’ve paired these scenes with the chillingly beautiful music of Gustavo Santaolalla. Every time those guitar strings resonate, I can feel the weight of the story, the sorrow, the hope goosebumps every time.

This journey isn’t tied to any particular order, it’s simply a collection of moments where nature has taken over, where time has stood still. This may be my final video in The Last of Us Part I, but with Part II releasing on PC soon, I can’t wait to explore new landscapes and create more immersive experiences in that world as well.
