Technological progress is steadily transforming human life. Just as the emergence of the global Internet once changed many aspects of people's lives, so the technologies that are united under the general concept of artificial intelligence (AI) are already beginning to transform many areas of socio-political life. AI is commonly understood as a complex of technological solutions that allows simulating human cognitive functions and obtaining results, at least, with the results of human intellectual activity.The use of such technologies can be found in a variety of areas - from data analysis for the formation of weather forecasts, the development of new drugs, as well as determining the type of personality on a page on a social network, and in more sensitive areas, such as creating digital copies of a person and using smart combat drones.
