History of Anjuna Beach, Goa

They introduced Goa to its now-iconic party culture, including full-moon beach parties, psychedelic music, and a carefree lifestyle. The legendary Anjuna Flea Market also began during this time, started by hippies who sold handmade crafts, clothes, and jewelry to fund their travels.
Today, Anjuna Beach is one of Goa's most famous beaches, known for its vibrant nightlife, water sports, and a mix of bohemian and modern tourism culture. It continues to attract travelers seeking adventure, tranquility, or a taste of its colorful past.
