In this ASMR video I show you how to give you, or your guests, something traditionally French with this simple but deliciously fresh starter or side dish of carottes rapées. I prepare this all the time - I can even whip up a plateful as a snack.

As always with a traditionally French kitchen, it uses simple, fresh ingredients with very little preparation or embellishment. Let the food itself take the centre of attention.
