The young street vendor took up the deal and said that she wants to see her mom. She hadn't seen her in 3 years ever since she married. Her mother had strongly suggest against the marriage to the man but she didn't listen. She told her to never come back again.
Since then, the girl has been having a hard life. She sells street food everyday and bring her child with her. They don't have a lot of money and everyday life became a struggle.
The girl was sad that she had missed yet another of her mother's birthday and wanted to give her something nice but said that she didn't have much money. Thankfully, the woman arranged something for her. A high quality beautiful bracelet.
Although she wasn't sure if her mother wants to see her, they went on the journey. When they got there, her mother wasn't home and it took many hours before her mother came home to a surprise. She welcomed her daughter with open arms and asked why she didn't bother to come home in all 3 years.
Turns out, she didn't mean her words that she shouldn't come home ever again and the daughter was too scared to reach out and find out if her mother meant the words.
The woman was surprised that she's now a grandmother and quickly invited everyone inside. She cooked the meal and they had dinner. Then, the girl took out the bracelet, she loved it.
All throughout, the girl kept crying, her heart filled with regret. It was too late to undo what had happened and she has to live with the consequences that the much younger and naive her had made but her mother had told her that she's not mad and just wants her to come home and ask for help whenever she need it.
