Season 5, Episode 1: HELL'S KITCHEN is heating up and the pressure is on, as sixteen new contestants step into the restaurant for the first time.

Season 5, Episode 2: In pursuit of the grand prize of a "Head Chef" position at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ, the competition heats up between the blue and red teams. The teams face another grueling challenge in their quest for Chef Ramsay's approval, and tempers flare as both teams struggle to provide the best service. One chef will be eliminated.

Season 5, Episode 3: Chef Ramsay wants to make sure the chefs know their beef, so he sends them on a field trip to a meat locker to learn various cuts of beef. Upon returning to HELL'S KITCHEN, the teams are asked to put their newfound knowledge to the test.

Season 5, Episode 4: HELL'S KITCHEN is open for breakfast! The teams get a quick lesson about real teamwork when 50 hungry kids from a local youth football and cheerleading program invade HELL'S KITCHEN. While the chefs race to feed their customers, one team runs out of eggs and the whole operation starts to go downhill.

Season 5, Episode 5: One chef tried to bond with their new teammates, Ramsay inexplicitly pressed one chef's personal button during dinner service, and a shocking elimination no one saw coming.

Season 5, Episode 6: Hell’s Kitchen catered for a Bar Mitzvah party, a new rivalry was born, and one team tried to usurp the “Best of The Worst”'s nominees.

Season 5, Episode 7: A blue chef was reassigned to the red team, one chef threatened to quit the competition, and another did not make it through dinner service.

Season 5, Episode 8: The annual Blind Taste Test occurred, one chef did not make it through dinner service, and one team made a big comeback after a slow start.

Season 5, Episode 9: The teams create their own menus, and when Ramsay accused one chef of sabotaging their team, it lead to one of the most shocking eliminations in Hell’s Kitchen history.

Season 5, Episode 10: The final six earned their black jackets, one chef almost quit in the middle of service, and another made the biggest mistake by talking back to Ramsay.

Season 5, Episode 11: The chefs took a trip to Atlantic City to visit the prize hotel, one chef was forced to withdraw because of their health, and another proved they did not deserve immunity during dinner service.

Season 5, Episode 12: The Taste It Now Make It Challenge took place, dinner service featured an engagement, and gender lines were drawn once again during elimination.

Season 5, Episode 13: The final three had their dishes judged by some of Los Angeles' top chefs, ran the hot plate one at a time, and Ramsay picked the final two.

Season 5, Episode 14: Danny and Paula worked on their restaurants, competed in their final challenge, and reunited with their former teammates.

Season 5, Episode 15: Danny and Paula led their teams during the final service, and one of them is declared the winner of Hell’s Kitchen.
