Restaurants shouldn't be open during the holidays. Here's why.I can already hear the trolls in the comments saying, "It's the busiest time of the year" or "My staff actually wants to work during this time". Those are just bullsh*t excuses for a boss to be greedy.
This focus on people working double time during the holidays needs to stop. What is the point of working to live if you never get a chance to enjoy your life and time with your loved ones?
You can always make more money, but I promise you will never be able to make up for lost time with people you care about.
