Blender basics shows how to make camera vertical in Blender. In default settings, the Blender camera are set in horizontal aspect ratio. If we want to can the camera to vertical , we can go to Output Properties to set the resolution in X and Y value. Steps are showed in this Blender tutorial video. I hope this helps.
