With this video we wanted to showcase some of the elements and layering that make up the track and try to reflect its organic/electronic vibe visually, as well as pay a little bit of an homage to the 90's especially in terms of its video games, VHS era and some music videos from the time that got a bit carried away with over-the-top edits made possible by green-screening.

To do this we teamed up with visual artist and our good friend Josh Harrison, whose corrupted VHS style was used to mangle and electrify footage of us (captured on green-screen by videographer Sol Tan) performing the various parts in the track.

These were combined with visuals created by Harrison and motion graphics by our good friend Callum Round - all of this was then processed through Harrison's array of custom-built analog video FX gear, giving the video its authentic VHS texture. We then edited all of this together into the final video.

We figured this creative process and visual aesthetic would kinda feed into and reflect our own creative process and style when it comes to making music; this idea of taking organic/real-world sources and combining them with electronically/software-produced stuff to create something that is somewhere between organic and electronic because the two things are feeding into each other so much that the distinction between the two becomes diminished. Or some sh*t like that.
