
When you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, remember that dealing with intrusive thoughts takes time and practice. Be patient with yourself and don't give up! You CAN develop the skills you need to learn to cope with intrusive thoughts!
Learning to cope with OCD is a nonlinear journey. You will have good days and bad days. Be gentle and kind to yourself and know that you do have what it takes to overcome!
Just remember that overcoming isn't about never struggling with OCD again. Overcoming is about learning to accept imperfection and the natural ups and downs of life. You've got this!
