In part 2 I discuss the flip side to this debate. If Grimes was experiencing issues it proves she wasn't playing a pre-recorded set...which in my opinion is fantastic, BUT she shouldn't be commanding such high fees for a 'DJ set' when she has proved outright that she doesn't have fundamentals DJ skills.

I'm afraid it's another case of 'personality over talent'.

Tip for new DJs: PPP (Preparation = perfect performance)
