This is my Mirage to Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas transformation update taken on Monday, January 20, 2025. Today's video starts on the southwest side of the property. This is the first time that I have been to this side of the property. It took me a while to find my way here but we are now able to see what they are doing in the old pool area and dolphin habitat. As you can see, everything has been torn out and they are moving dirt around. I did hear that they are going to make a new main pool and also build a separate one for the Guitar tower. We do get a good view of how they have torn down some of the walls around the bottom of the tower. I then make my way to the front of the property along Las Vegas Blvd to check out the Atrium and Guitar tower work. The Atrium steel is still up but crews are working around the top area. We will have to wait and see what happens with this. The Guitar tower area has a lot more rebar in place. After downloading the video, I was able to see what appears to be the bases of two tower cranes. We should see them start building these cranes soon.
