Welcome back to CADable, friends! This is Engr. Ibrahim Omer, and in today's tutorial, we will explore the advanced "Profile Centre Mate" in SolidWorks. We'll be working with three parts: a base plate (polygon shape), a rectangular tube, and a circular pipe.

In SolidWorks, there are three types of mates: Standard mates, Advanced mates, and Mechanical mates. Today, we’ll focus on the "Profile Centre Mate," which is part of the advanced mates.

To start, we will fix the base plate by aligning its plane with the assembly's plane. Once the base plate is positioned, we will apply the Profile Centre Mate to assemble the rectangular tube, and I’ll walk you through the different options available in this mate type.
