The One Reborn isn't that tough to be honest, but good grief is he a disgusting abominaton to behold.
But before you tackle him, you should focus on taking out the bell women as they can make the fight harder with their fireballs, I think they also buff him but I'm not sure.
After that though, he won't have much of a chance if you're quick and strong with your attacks, especially if you hit him so that his "human torso" can be reached by your weapons, that is a weak point of his.
