Today however, he has had a change of heart and shares his diet and gym routines to help show his "glow up" and self improvement phase. Unfortunately, it is nor good or even working to be completely honest. Whether its satire or not is up to the viewer because his room genuinely has cockroaches, mold, and all kinds of leftover food laying around.
