Keith Barnes testified in a murder case, and was warned that he'd never be safe again. Despite his pleas to get out of the BOP system, he was placed in a general population yard at the federal prison in Beaumont, Texas. A day later, Barnes was dead from 106 stab wounds to the chest, and four prisoners were being investigated for murder.
