🔹 melted butter 100 gr
🔹 green onion 1 large bunch
🔹 dill optional
🔹 any grated cheese as desired
WE DO:
✅ finely chop the onion and dill, mix with chopped eggs (3-4 pcs), salt to taste and add 50 g of melted butter
✅ If desired, you can add a little grated cheese to the filling
✅ Pour kefir, sour cream into the dough container and add the baking powder, mix until foam appears
✅ add 3 eggs, sifted flour and 50 g of melted butter to the dough, mix until a dough for pancakes
✅ grease the baking dish with oil as desired, pour 1/2 of the dough, then put all the stuffing and pour 1/2 of the dough
✅ bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 40-50 minutes, navigate by the heat of the oven. Readiness check with a toothpick
* To make the dough fluffy - use kefir, sour cream, and eggs at room temperature, not from the refrigerator
