Somewhere along the rugged coast of Canada, where the winters bite and the summers stretch long, a small A-frame cabin stands firm against the elements. Built in just 17 days, it’s more than a simple structure.From the first post driven into frozen ground to the last plank of Yakusugi-treated flooring, every detail of this build was designed for purpose. The steep-pitched roof shrugs off snow as if it’s never met it, the folding attic ladder tucks away to leave space uncluttered, and the loft (cozy but open) makes use of every inch. The cabin breathes with the seasons, its solar vent cooling the loft in summer, its insulation holding warmth in winter.
