We always argued that the world needs more percussion, and our prayers have been answered: Triptonus! A wild mix of progressive rock, nu metal and an armada of whacky percussions, samples, licks, solos, riffs, rhythms,... the name says it all: a heavy trip in three acts.

Triptonus is a 6 piece, instrumental collective hailing from Vienna Austria.
Having strong roots within heavy distorted music and old school psychedelia, they combine all kinds of musical influences ranging from jazz to trip hop to african percussion into progressive song structures: A distorted big bang, throwing the listener into the deep void of his own associations.
