At El Minuto Cafe I had chicken chimichangas, Mark ate beef tacos and Chris had asado tacos. It was delicious. For a shared appetizer green chili cheese crisp. The Mexican was both delicious and authentic and we greatly appreciated recommendations from locals.
We also shared some of the best and worst Mexican food we've had over our many years of travel. It was funny to hear some of the stories they had to share. And I can't believe I was served Dorito's with ketchup in Bolivia.
Next we attended an AHL hockey game in Tucson, Arizona for a tilt between the Tucson Roadrunners and San Jose Barracuda. It was an action packed game filled with plenty of goals and fights! I'd definitely it if you get the chance.

Mark: Ceviche cart “La Guerrerense” in Ensenada, Baja (bucket-fresh for 20 years!).
Chris: Suadero street tacos in Mexico City—ask for the real spicy salsa!
– “Worst Mexican food?”
Chris: Square burritos in Washington D.C. (burritos should be long!)
Mark: Europe’s ‘fusion’ spots (London exception: authentic Mexican by expats)
Me: A 2-hour wait in Bolivia for Doritos with ketchup—memorable in all the wrong ways!
Green Chili Cheese Crisp Arrives
– $16 of molten cheese, green chilis & crispy tortilla—pizza-sized cheesy bliss!
Main Course: Taco Showdown
– Chris’s ground‐beef fried tacos (ultra‐crunchy)
