We've got a special episode today featuring @woltersworld and @YellowProductions where we eat authentic Mexican food in Tucson, Arizona at El Minuto Cafe before watching a hockey game in the desert (Tucson Roadrunners vs San Jose Barracuda). It was great to meet up with Mark and Chris at TravelCon and find time to head out for some delicious Mexican cuisine with an impromptu hockey game afterwards!

At El Minuto Cafe I had chicken chimichangas, Mark ate beef tacos and Chris had asado tacos. It was delicious. For a shared appetizer green chili cheese crisp. The Mexican was both delicious and authentic and we greatly appreciated recommendations from locals.

We also shared some of the best and worst Mexican food we've had over our many years of travel. It was funny to hear some of the stories they had to share. And I can't believe I was served Dorito's with ketchup in Bolivia.

Next we attended an AHL hockey game in Tucson, Arizona for a tilt between the Tucson Roadrunners and San Jose Barracuda. It was an action packed game filled with plenty of goals and fights! I'd definitely it if you get the chance.

Chris: Suadero street tacos in Mexico City—ask for the real spicy salsa!

Mark: Europe’s ‘fusion’ spots (London exception: authentic Mexican by expats)

Me: A 2-hour wait in Bolivia for Doritos with ketchup—memorable in all the wrong ways!

– Chris’s ground‐beef fried tacos (ultra‐crunchy)

– Locals rave about the “chimichanga”: giant fried burrito drenched in cheese & salsa—our new go-to over burritos!

Desert Hockey Night
– Post-enchilada, we head to watch live hockey in the Tucson desert—goals, fights & “hard-hat” cheering guaranteed!
