Can you believe mom and dad have never had a proper grilled cheese sandwich? Of course they’ve had sandwiches with cheese before but simple grilled cheese sandwich is not a thing in Korea. I made three versions of grilled cheese:
1 st - Homemade bread + cheddar + gouda + gruyere
2nd - Sourdough + cheddar + gouda + gruyere
3rd - Wonder bread + American cheese
