July 2021 and in 4 weeks we are planning to visit our French property, that we purchased without actually viewing, due to covid. Our builder, that we also had not physically met picked the keys up from the estate agent, he has emptied the house out, as the property was sold with the contents… this is when we started to really see what we had bought. A whimsical property in a magical location… that had been neglected for many years. The first issue is the absences of any guttering….
