
Five Star was a British R&B/Pop group of the Pearson siblings: Lorraine, Doris, Denise, Stedman, and Delroy. They hail from Essex, England (near London), and were known for their flashy images, matching flashy costumes and choreographed dance routines in their videos and performances. Their string of hits during the 1980s were: 'System Addict', 'Can't Wait Another Minute', 'Find The Time', 'Love Take Over', 'Rain Or Shine', 'Let Me Be The One', 'All Fall Down', 'Stay Out Of My Life', 'If I Say Yes', 'The Slightest Touch', 'Are You Man Enough', 'Another Weekend', and 'Rock My World'. They were huge in England, and had a small following in the Unites States, which faded during the 1990s, but Five Star recording and performing. Their last studio album was released in 2001. After their brief hiatus, all five family members are rumoured to released an album in 2011.
