XTS Fills the Motion Requirements for Bartelt’s MAG-R System

Bartelt, a ProMach Product Brand, has released a revolution in pouch filling with the MAG-R. The innovative magnetic rotary pouching machine boasts speeds up to 150 pouches per minute.

Using a circular configuration of the XTS linear track system from Beckhoff, Bartelt optimized product handling, changeovers, and footprint. XTS eliminated mechanical components, for example, by shaking pouches at filling stations using the dynamic movers to settle product.

Caeden Leinenger, Electrical Engineer at Bartelt, highlighted the advantages of this new machine and adaptive automation with XTS at PACK EXPO International 2024.
