What an awesome session with the super nice guys from ‘Hypnotic Floor’. Our verdict: ‘early Pink Floyd’-ish psychedelic soundscape madness. Is stoner funk a thing? A singing bear (which they stumbled upon at our space), a self-built drone-synth-thingy (‘It’s an analog drone synth with 3 voices, but one oscillator is broken’), a harmonica (‘I was surprised by it myself’) and, well, four crazy genius musicians, what can go wrong? Enjoy this vibey live set, follow the band for upcoming releases & concerts and buy all their records & merch to support them!

Hypnotic Floor about themselves:
The Vienna quartett HYPNOTIC FLOOR combines influences of Psych-, Kraut- and Progressive Rock. Their music is shaped by fuzzy riffs, spaced out synths and changing time signatures and covers a varied range of sounds. The contrast between complex melodic lines and hypnotic and repetitive grooves is predominant throughout their meandering songs. Since their first show in 2018, the band has been playing shows in Vienna, opened the Stick and Stone Festival and released their debut album „Foggy Bog Eyes“ in February 2020.
