DJ Tempa, a renowned Bass music DJ hailing from Berkshire, UK, brings an eclectic mix of genres to the decks, including Bass, Breaks, Garage, Jungle, and Drum & Bass (D&B). With a passion for music that dates back to 1995 when he started collecting jungle vinyl, DJ Tempa has become a fixture in the UK music scene.

Early Beginnings and Vinyl Collection
1995: Began collecting jungle vinyl
1997: Expanded collection to include garage vinyl
1998: Acquired Technics turntables, marking the start of his DJing journey
Pirate Radio and Residencies
DJ Tempa's talent and unique sound quickly landed him spots on various pirate radio stations. He was a regular on UK’s Finest 87.5 and had a fortnightly residency on Flex FM during its pirate days.

DJ Tempa has been a prominent figure at numerous Jungle and DNB events. Highlights include performances at Ram Records events alongside legendary artists such as Grooverider and DJ Hazard.

Collaborations and Crew Affiliations
He was a key member of A.K Soundsystem, known for hosting regular boat parties in London. These events featured collaborations with Deekline for his Hot Cakes and Jungle Cakes labels, as well as performances with Stanton Warriors at Stanton Sessions. DJ Tempa has also shared the stage with DJ EZ at the Ascot Tea Party and performed back-to-back with Marcus Nasty of Rinse FM.
