World Rhinoplasty Champions 2024. Team Ukraine has won first place at the prestigious World Rhinoplasty Olympiad, a remarkable conference held every four years and hosted by the world-renowned surgeon Cameron McIntosh. Known as World Rhinoplasty Week, this event gathers top specialists and mentors from across six continents to share expertise, present groundbreaking insights, and demonstrate techniques. This year, 72 countries and their surgical teams participated. The conference features a unique blend of online presentations, live surgeries, and cadaver courses, making it a comprehensive learning experience for everyone involved.

It was my immense honor to lead the Ukrainian Rhinoplasty Team as captain. I am truly grateful to have had my friends, colleagues, and world-class experts, Roman Denysenko and Professor Vasyl Khrapach, by my side. Our presentation, focused on advanced techniques and algorithms for working with the nasal dorsum, was met with appreciation and recognition from the judges, which included renowned global specialists Dr. Jeffrey R Marcus, Dr. Yves Saban, Dr. Robin Lindsay, Dr. Travis Tollefson, and Dr Alwyn D’Souza, representatives of leading journal editors/Scientific Committee (PRS, APS, FPS, Laryngoscope, FPSAM).

We owe a huge thank you to Cameron McIntosh for organizing this unparalleled event and to the incredible mentors and guest speakers he brought together. It is truly fulfilling to have our work recognized by those we look up to—our teachers and role models.
