Upon seeing him, the woman wasn't afraid at all, she rushed to get him some medicine. While waiting for his friend to pick him up, the woman shared that she lives in the house with her husband. They had moved there 29 years ago. When the government was looking for someone to live in the mountain as its protector and guard. It's an incredibly lonely isolating life but they decided to stay after realizing just how many lives they managed to save by being there.
Many lost hikers or injured hikers have stumbled upon them in their hour of need. If it wasn't for them, they would've all die. The woman was very kind. She even unalived a chicken for the man while she ate cold leftovers.
Her goat doesn't like the man because he was jealous of the dogs kept the man safe. When the man gave her some biscuits he had bought for his parents, she was very happy. When the rain was over, she insisted on guiding him out of the mountain even though it was the opposite way of where her husband was.
She had to go get her husband after she send the man off. And it was likely she had to walk alone in the dark but she didn't mind. She also stuffed lots of biscuits the man gave her into his own pocket so that he wouldn't be hungry.
The man couldn't forget her kindness and later returned. Her husband greeted them and he even gave them more biscuits to take home knowing how much the woman love the biscuits the last time he had met her.
