Minced Meat Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Filling:

300g minced meat (beef, chicken, or pork)

2 green onions, finely chopped

2 green chilies, finely chopped

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

For the Dumpling Wrapper:

1 packet rice paper

For the Egg Wash:

2 large eggs

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

In a bowl, mix the minced meat, green onions, green chilies, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.

In a shallow plate, whisk together the eggs, water, and soy sauce.

Dip a sheet of rice paper in the egg mixture a few times until softened.

Place the rice paper on a flat surface, add a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center, and fold the rice paper over to form a ball, enclosing the filling.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the dumplings on a greased baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.
