He went and got her a snack that she wanted. A bit pricey $60. Some oranges which is her favourite fruits. Some meats, her favourite cut, some chicken legs, 2 for her. He doesn't like chicken legs himself. He also got her chestnuts which she hadn't had for some time but had been thinking about. Then, he got her new toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry detergent, toilet paper and with the remaining $7, he got her some water. Just for her.
She works the same job as him sweeping city streets. The man let him take the credit. She thinks he had bought it all for her. Although we can't see her expression, she seems very happy in her body language.
And the man waved back very glad for the help. Instead of wasting money for wealthy influencers, this is a much better use of their money. Use it to help strengthen bonds between couples and spread love.
