In August of 2022, Tommy Emmanuel performed and lead some workshops at Steve Vai's Guitar Camp called "Vai Academy 6.0" in Las Vegas, NV. The event was hosted by Dream Catcher Events. Here's Tommy onstage with Steve Vai (guitar), Larry Mitchell (guitar), Phillip Bynoe (bass), and Jeremy Colson (drums) playing an electric guitar solo.
It's rare to see Tommy please electric, and that's the type of thing you get to see at Tommy and Steve's guitar camps.
