What my Korean parents eat for breakfast in a week series - Wednesday
Today’s brunch is simple… green goddess salad with avocado added, hard boiled eggs and oatmeal. We eat eggs almost everyday in some form. People used to believe egg yolks are bad for cholesterol level but that has been debunked. Eggs contain amazing nutrients especially for older people and moderate consumption does not raise your cholesterol level.

I try to buy organic pasture raised eggs because they are actually richer in nutrients like omega 3, vitamin D and vitamin E. Pasture raised eggs are different from free-range eggs. Pasture raised chicken eat grass, bugs and things that are healthier and richer in nutrients. Pasture raised eggs are actually more delicious and vibrant in color too. Yes, they are very expensive but I invest in good food instead of buying expensive cars, clothes or bags etc because healthy food means healthier body which means you save on the medical cost in the long run. (The ones in this video is not pasture raised though because I couldn’t source it due to current egg shortage.)
