As a kid growing up in Tamaulipas, Mexico, a US-Mexico border town, Fabian Guerrero was frequently puzzled by the rigidity of the gender norms around his community's Norteño culture. Today, Fabian challenges those norms, and photographs queer, brown men in the traditional clothing he grew up around, showing that queerness can also be masculine and tough.
