Did you know that the band ACDC was once forced off stage by police with machine guns? The concert was in the Belgium town called Kontich at a venue that wasn't designed for large rock concerts. They didn't have adequate power for the band so the band started late, but there was a curfew in place in the town to prevent violent activity from local kids. The local police arrived to shut the gig down. Malcom Young recalled, "the cops just came in and started arresting kids right in front of us. We played to about 900 kids–and I think 300 of them like disappeared in front of our eyes while we were playing. We didn’t know what was goin’ on, and the next thing, we looked around and there were cops onstage with machine guns telling us to get off." This even inspired the song Bedlam in Belgium.
