KEF X300A Wireless is around 3 times as expensive as JBL LSR305, yet the difference in sound quality much smaller than one could expect. Actually JBL is more linear and better balanced speaker, while KEF sounds a bit dark in comparison, with strong lower midrange and recessed treble. KEF is very pleasing sounding speaker, that can play very loud (louder than JBL) without distortion, but I also think it is a bit overpriced despite good build quality and few useful features.
