Here are 3 easy ways to remove pesticides from your produce.

1. Vinegar Solution:
Mix a 90/10 solution of water and vinegar and soak your produce for 20 minutes. Rinse well and allow to dry completely before storing. 

2. Baking Soda Solution:
Combine a 90/10 solution of water and baking soda and soak your produce for 10-15 minutes. Rinse well and dry thoroughly before storing. 

3. Peeling or Trimming:
This is a bit wasteful, but you can also peel or trim away the exterior of your produce before consuming. 

Whether you're looking to remove pesticides or bugs from your produce, these methods are what I would recommend.
