In a new survey released Tuesday, Pew Research Center found that 48% of teenagers say social media has a mostly negative effect on their peers — a 16% jump from three years ago. Reporting for TODAY, NBC’s Savannah Sellers sits down with a group of teens to talk about the impact of social media on their lives and unrealistic expectations set by influencers online.
