It is one of the 6 municipalities in Taiwan. Taichung City. Unique Taichung Phenomenon – tshìng-tsí. Tshìng-tsí means “bullet” in Taiwanese. The origin is that a Taiwanese netizen asked on PTT for food recommendations in the night of Taichung. The answer he got was tshìng-tsí. Some people said it was so good that it hurts. Taichung has unique local cultures and customs, and even contentions between factions and groups. Therefore, netizens often use tshìng-tsí, gangsters, tetrapods as metaphors for Taichung’s public security issues.
