This story is full of both joy and sadness. A grandmother and a little monkey decide to build a small wooden boat together, happily crafting it from freshly chopped wood. They set off on a journey down the river, where the grandmother fishes and the monkey enjoys every moment. Just when it seems that nothing could ruin their happiness, the weather suddenly turns, and huge waves overwhelm their boat. The monkey survives, but the grandmother drowns, swept away by the powerful waves. In the end, the little monkey sits sadly on a rock by the river, mourning the loss of his beloved grandmother.
